Dear Logistic,

This will be the plan for our outing this coming Monday.
Please note that the outing is COMPULSORY for everyone, unless you have a super valid reason. Attendance will be marked and actions will be taken if anyone of you didn't appear with a valid reason or your reason is unacceptable. If you are unable to make it with any valid reason, please contact the committee by Saturday, 07 August 2010.
All expenses are of your own, no meals and nothing is provided. Including transport.
If you have any doubt, please contact any of the committee or simply tag at the tagboard. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Good Weather;

Date: 09 August 2010
Time: 10am - 8pm
Venue Changi Airport, East Coast Park

We will meet at 10am at Jurong Interchange. Please be punctual!
We will then heads to Changi Airport for photo taking and Logistic will be having lunch there together.
After that, we will head down to East Coast Park to cycle, etcetc. This activities will take up about 2 hours. Rental fees will be around $7/h if I'm not wrong.
Then we will move on to some bonding games. The committee are still planning for the games. So, if you have any suggestion, please feel free to contact any one of us!
After our Logistic's bonding games, we will proceed on to dinner. Dinner will be consumed at East Coast Park, tentatively at MacDonald's.
After dinner, home. We will leave East Coast Park at about 6.30pm.
Everyone can be home by 8pm.

Bad Weather;

Time: 10am - 3.30pm
Venue: Jurong Point

Everyone to meet at Jurong Interchange at 10am.
Logistic will then go for a movie at Jurong Point.
After that, we will have some time to shop and slack around.
We will then proceed on to lunch together.
Everyone will be dismiss after lunch, which is approximately 3.30pm.
