Hi, logistic people! Basically, the meeting today is about the structure of Logistic, our own committee (outing and birthday) and our relay system. These are the important people in Logistic. Head: Hengky Vice-head: Philomena Committee head: Rosanna Secretary: Ivy/ Li Ying Treasurer: Wei Cheng Committee Outing Committee: Yuya, Rose Anne, Andaman *The Outing Committee will be in-charged of planning the outing (Where? When? What?). They will also decide the food we eat and games we are playing. Birthday Committee: Yun Shan *The Birthday Committee will be simply be in-charged of every one's birthday. Yun Shan will be the one who will inform everyone of a particular person's and will prepare a birthday card or something for the birthday guy/girl. Relay System The head will still be Hengky. When he receive any message or have any notice, Hengky will relay the message/notice down to the four leaders of the groups and the leaders will have to relay the message/notice down to the people under him/her. Everyone who have receive the message/notice have to reply to your leader. Leaders are to make sure that everyone in his/her group have receive the message/notice.
